Welcome to the Primrose family!

Alia and TJ have always held a special place for children in their hearts.  When they became parents themselves, it was only natural for them to seek out the best education and child care for their three kids. Quality of education has always been a vital component to their decision-making when selecting a school, so when they were introduced to the Balanced Learning ® Approach, a comprehensive curriculum balancing purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers, it piqued their interest both as parents and potential owners of a Primrose school.

In 2019, Alia and TJ made the decision to invest their time and energy in learning what it takes to provide quality education and care in the childcare industry. They felt the love they had for children along with their background and education in business, recruiting and client services would make them an ideal fit to become school owners.

Primrose stood out for many reasons, but the most important was the culture of the Support Center.  It was very apparent to them that Primrose heavily supports its franchise owners in providing a top-notch experience for parents, children and teachers.

Alia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Washington D.C., and a master’s in business administration from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom. She started her professional career as an analyst for American Century Investments and transitioned into Real Estate Development and Financial Services Operations for the past nine years.

TJ holds a bachelor’s in business and has completed graduate courses at Northwestern University. TJ was hired as a financial services professional at the age of 22 for a Fortune 100 Financial Service Company and seven years later he was the senior partner at the company. Two years later, he started his own firm.  TJ held all the top licenses in the Financial Services industry, including series 6, 63, 7, 26, & 24. TJ is extremely passionate about growing others and is excited to welcome your family to Primrose Roswell North.

Together Alia & TJ are looking forward to serving your family and the community and creating long-lasting relationships for years to come.

‘Who children become is as important as what they know’ is a belief that is at the core of the Balanced Learning approach, and one that will be upheld for many years to come.

See What Families Are Saying

We have been a Primrose family for over 6 years, when our oldest daughter started in the infant room as a 4-month old preemie. We had researched and visited several schools in the area, but Primrose was the most well-organized, academically centered, and nurturing environment we had seen. Our daughter was very small when she started, but the love and attentiveness of the infant teachers quickly and completely settled any anxieties I had. The teachers she’s had over time, from infant through Private Pre-K and Private Kindergarten, have provided a nurturing and academically engaging environment for her, and while she’s graduated from Primrose and doing well at a private school, the teachers and staff continue to ask about her. Now that her younger sister is attending Primrose, we continue to see how well she too is enjoying the exceptional Primrose environment and curriculum. The Primrose teachers and staff truly are an extended family, and we are so grateful for their care over the years.
My son has been enrolled since he was 9 weeks old. The whole staff has been lovely. It is so hard to leave a little one when it's time to return to work and I am really grateful for the peace of mind they have given me. I am a new mom and they have been very patient with me while I figure out what I'm doing. And I LOVE the artwork they send home. My office is covered in finger paintings. It's what gets me through the day. I am lucky to have their help. I don't know what I would do otherwise.
I enrolled my eldest daughter at Primrose when I was returning to work after an (unintentionally) extended maternity leave. She was nearly 12 months old at the time, so she began in the Infant room. Ms. Neema and Ms. Nana are so wonderful with the babies and they are in such a loving and nurturing environment. She stayed in the Infant room until she was almost 18 months old, then she was transitioned to the Early Toddlers room. She began playing with her classmates in that room and learning so much. During her time in the Infant room and into the Early Toddler room she was learning baby sign language, which became to be very useful while she was learning to talk so she could communicate her wants and needs. After she turned 2 years old, my daughter was transitioned to the Early Preschool room. Now my daughter is in the Early Preschool room and I recently had another baby, who is now in the Infant room and started going to Primrose at 8 weeks old. I love that my daughters are in such a wonderfully safe, nurturing, and educational environment. The staff and teachers have been exceptional! I see the owners on a regular basis at the school and many of the staff members have been there for years. I think those two things speak volumes about the type of environment this school is. The owners have recently invested in renovations and new equipment. I feel fortunate that I have such a wonderful place to bring my children.
Our daughter, Caroline has been enrolled in Primrose since she was 10 months old. It was a tough transition for her after being home with her mother for the first 10 months. But after looking at 5-6 other schools we and Caroline seemed to feel more comfortable at Primrose. Once she got over the initial change she became very comfortable with the staff and loves going to school now. Even on the weekends as we drive by she always says “hi, school”. She loves her teachers and loves going there every day and we are grateful for the time and effort that goes into our Child's education. It’s apparent that she is learning a lot and we look forward to many years of Primrose education.
